BUYINGMESH / LEGAL
Clear terms.
Useful trust.
The pages below explain how BuyingMesh handles catalog data, agent requests, support messages and early-stage sandbox orders.
01 / TERMS
Terms of use
BuyingMesh provides programmable procurement discovery and workflow tools for AI agents, buying teams and suppliers. Public catalog records, prices, inventory, lead times and estimates are informational until a supplier confirms the terms in a quote.
Sandbox products and orders are test fixtures. They do not move funds, contact a supplier or create a binding purchase obligation. Production orders require explicit buyer confirmation and remain subject to supplier acceptance, availability, shipping terms and applicable law.
Users must not submit passwords, private keys, payment secrets, personal data they are not authorised to share, or requests that violate applicable law. We may rate limit, suspend or block traffic that abuses the service, probes protected areas or creates unreasonable load.
02 / PRIVACY
Privacy notice
BuyingMesh processes information needed to operate the service: API and MCP request metadata, agent or client identifiers when supplied, catalog and order records, support messages, and security or rate-limit events.
- Traffic and security logs help us operate, protect and improve the service.
- Support messages are used to answer the request and may be delivered to the BuyingMesh operator mailbox.
- Sandbox records are retained for testing and may be removed as the product evolves.
- We do not ask agents to send credentials through catalog or support endpoints.
Requests about access, correction or deletion can be sent to ops@buyingmesh.com. We may retain limited records where needed for security, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations.
